Welcome to Pushit (the "App", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the App. By accessing or using Pushit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

Pushit is a personal link organizer and sharing tool. Users can save, categorize, and share public URLs. The App may generate previews of publicly available content using oEmbed or similar public metadata mechanisms.

We do not access or display private content from social media platforms. We only process URLs that you manually paste into the App. Some technical and usage information may be collected as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pushit. By accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Pushit, you agree that you will:

  • Only save or share URLs that you have the right to access and use.
  • Not use the App for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, including sharing copyrighted content without permission.
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the App or its infrastructure.
  • Be solely responsible for the content you save, store, or share through the App.

4. Data and Privacy

We may collect limited information such as email addresses (if you provide them), technical logs, and usage data to operate and improve the App. We do not require access to your social media accounts and do not request private platform data.

Our data collection and processing practices are described in detail in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree that we may process your information in accordance with that policy.

5. Third-Party Services

Pushit may use third-party APIs and services (such as Meta's oEmbed or Graph APIs) to fetch public metadata about URLs that you provide. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

For example, Facebook and Instagram platform usage is governed by their Developer Terms. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or changes to their APIs.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, logo, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

You retain any rights you have to the content and URLs you submit to the App, but you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code into the App.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm any person or organization.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.

9. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
